- Do we receive the source code?
- It depends on the engagement. Standard product subscriptions do not include source code. Source-code access and full ownership are available as a separately priced arrangement, stated explicitly in the proposal and contract.
- Can you integrate with our existing systems?
- Yes. We connect POS, accounting, CRM, payment, and other systems, and build integrations with external APIs where needed.
- Do you support multiple branches?
- Yes. Multi-branch operations are part of our operations and POS work.
- Do you provide training and migrate existing data?
- Yes. Implementation typically includes configuration, data migration, and user training.
- How is pricing calculated?
- Our preferred model is an implementation fee plus subscription, with add-ons and custom development priced separately. Pricing follows the scope defined during consultation.
- What support is provided after launch?
- Subscriptions include standard support and platform updates. Additional support plans and maintenance are available.
- Do you work outside your listed industries?
- We accept selected custom projects outside our primary industries when the requirements align with our expertise in operations systems, SaaS platforms, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Do you build mobile applications?
- Yes, where a mobile app supports the operational workflow, typically with React Native.
- Do you offer automation and AI?
- Yes — embedded into real business workflows (automation, scheduled reports, AI summaries), rather than AI for its own sake.
